Free checks for the things that quietly break a website
We built these because we run them on client sites every week. Each one takes a URL, does one job properly, and gives you the answer in plain words instead of a dump you have to decode. There is no login, no email gate and no trial. Start with the question you actually have. A certificate that expires on a Saturday, a contact form that has been posting into nothing, a page Google cannot index, a homepage that takes six seconds on a phone: these are the failures that cost real enquiries, and every one of them is invisible until somebody checks. When a result needs fixing and you would rather not do it yourself, the matching page says so.
Is my site secure?
What an outsider can see, and what your certificate is doing.
-
SSL Checker Tells you how many days your certificate has left, whether your server is sending the full chain, and whether it still accepts protocol versions that were retired in 2021.
-
Website Security Scanner Scores the whole surface an outsider can see, from missing security headers and public .env or .git files to whether someone can send email that looks like it came from your domain.
-
Stack Detector Tells you what a site is actually built on, with the evidence behind each detection, which is the first thing you need when you inherit a site nobody documented.
Is my site healthy?
The things that rot quietly between one look and the next.
-
Site Health Check Runs the main checks at once and hands back one report card, with a grade for SEO, security, speed, the certificate, AISI visibility, meta tags and redirects.
-
Link Checker Checks every link on a page live, up to 200 of them, and separates genuine 404s from links that merely refuse automated checkers.
-
Redirect Tracer Shows the hop by hop path a URL takes before it lands, so you can collapse a chain that is costing you speed and ranking value.
-
Robots Tester Tells you whether the crawler you care about is allowed to fetch a given URL, and shows exactly which line of robots.txt decided it.
-
DNS Lookup Shows what the internet currently believes about your domain: where it points, who handles your mail, and what is published for your sending records.
-
IP Lookup Tells you who owns an IP address and which network announces it, for when you are checking a server, a mail sender or a visitor in your logs.
-
Network Status Live status of the global edge network, so you can tell "my site is down" apart from "a large part of the internet is having a bad afternoon".
Can my site be found?
By search engines, and now by the assistants people ask instead.
-
SEO Analyzer A full on-page audit of one URL, scored out of 100, with the evidence behind every deduction and a do-this-first list.
-
AISI Visibility Checks whether AISI assistants can read your pages at all, which is a different question from whether Google can.
-
Meta Inspector Shows exactly how your page appears when somebody shares it, before a client finds out the hard way.
-
Schema Studio Checks and builds the structured data that tells a search engine what your business and your pages actually are.
-
Nitro Audit Scores how well your site supports search, maps and AISI assistants for the service you sell and the area you cover, and names the three fixes to do first.
-
Tag Explorer Lists every tracking tag firing on a page, which is how you find the ones nobody remembers installing.
-
Review QR Turns your review link into a scannable code you can put on a counter, an invoice or a van.
Is my site fast?
What it feels like on a phone, not what it feels like on your desk.
-
Nitro Speed Test Shows the speed real visitors experience on your site alongside a full lab run, with fixes sorted by how much time each one saves.
Built for a look, not a diagnosis
15 of our tools exist to make something visible rather than to diagnose it. They are genuinely fun and occasionally revealing, and they are here if you want them.
Every one of these answers a question. If the answer is one you would rather hand to somebody else, start with what we do, see what it costs, or just ask us.
