How do I make a payment?

All billing runs through the client portal, so there is one place to look and one place to pay.
Paying from the client portal
- Log in to your NitroSites account.
- Open Billing. Every invoice and payment on your account is listed there, paid or outstanding.
- Pay any outstanding item by card through the secure checkout.
Every successful payment gets a GST tax invoice you can download for your records. Amounts are in Australian dollars and GST is always shown on the invoice.
Buying a plan or service
New plans (site builds, Nitro Care, SEO) are purchased through the pricing page: pick a plan and it takes you straight into checkout. If you have a discount code, enter it at checkout and the totals update before you pay.
Subscriptions (like Nitro Care) renew automatically on the card you paid with, so there is nothing to remember month to month.
Cash on collection
In eligible local service areas we also offer cash on collection: the checkout shows the option automatically if your location qualifies. Your order is recorded as pending and is fulfilled when payment is collected.
Something not working?
- Card declined or expired: update your details and retry, or raise a support ticket and we will help.
- Question about an amount on an invoice: raise a ticket before paying and we will go through it with you.
