You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the site’s operation, or use automated tools to abuse forms or scrape protected content.
Information on this site
The content on this website is provided for general information about Nitro Sites and its services. While we try to keep information current and accurate, we do not guarantee that every page will always be complete, current, or error-free.
Quotes and service arrangements
Any project pricing, timeline, care plan, or scope discussed through this site is indicative until confirmed in writing.
Who you are dealing with
Nitro Sites is operated by Nitrosites Pty Ltd. Company registration details are shown in the site footer to visitors in the company’s home country.
What you own
When we build a website for you, you own your domain name, the content written for you, the images and brand assets created for you, and the data your site collects (leads, enquiries and analytics). Google Analytics, Search Console and Google Business Profile accounts are created in your name, or transferred to you on request, with our team added as a manager.
NitroCore™ AI, our platform, build tools, hosting infrastructure, customer portal and managed services remain the property of Nitrosites Pty Ltd and are not transferred. If you leave, we provide a static export of your public website (HTML, CSS, JavaScript and your media) which any web host can serve. Features that run on our platform, such as form processing, search and the site admin, are replaced by your new provider. The full detail is on our What you own page.
Minimum terms
There is no minimum term and no exit fee on a paid website build. Care plans are month to month and can be cancelled from your client area.
Two offers carry a minimum term, and both say so where they are offered:
- The free website build is funded by a 12-month minimum on the Nitro Care plan. If you leave before the 12 months are up, the remaining months are payable.
- The Nitro Ads free setup and funnel build carry a 3-month minimum. If you cancel earlier, only the setup fee is billed.
No other Nitro Sites service has a minimum term.
Leaving Nitro Sites
You can request a static export of your website at any time. Once your account has no unpaid invoices, we deliver the export within 10 business days at no charge. Migration assistance beyond the export, such as configuring a new host or rebuilding platform features, is quoted separately if you want it.
Payments and refunds
Where you pay us for a project, a care plan, a subscription or any other service, your payment is processed by our payment provider.
The payment provider charges a processing fee on every transaction, and that fee is not returned to us when a refund is issued. For that reason, where we refund you as a courtesy or by agreement, the refund is the amount you paid less that processing fee.
You receive the full amount back, with no deduction of any kind, in each of these situations:
- We charged you twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged you for something you did not buy.
- The payment was not authorised by you.
- The law that applies to you entitles you to a refund.
Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights you have that cannot be excluded by agreement. We provide services to customers in many countries, and consumer protection law differs between them. Where the law of your country of residence gives you rights that cannot be signed away, those rights apply in addition to these terms, and nothing written here reduces them. If anything here appears to conflict with such a right, that right prevails.
Customers in Australia have rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including a right to a refund where a service has a major problem. Those rights sit alongside anything written above.
A refund is returned to the payment method you used. How quickly it appears is determined by your bank, which is usually a few business days. Our full Refund Policy sets out how we treat projects, care plans, hosting and subscriptions.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the content, branding, copy, design, and materials on this site belong to Nitro Sites or are used with permission. You may not reproduce or republish them without permission.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nitro Sites is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
